IT Finance Business Analyst Full Time

Hire Resolve’s Client in the Manufacturing industry is currently seeking an IT Finance Business Analyst to join their team in Johannesburg. Our client is a leading company in the Manufacturing industry, and they are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in finance to support their IT finance operations.

As an IT Finance Business Analyst, you will work closely with the IT team as the company embark on this massive game changer with Microsoft Dynamics 354 ERP system. The candidate will play the role of an IT Finance Business Analyst for the next 3 to 5 yrs as the ERP will be handled across the 2 retail and the 2 manufacturing divisions of the company.

You will be responsible for analyzing and documenting financial processes and requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance financial performance. You will work closely with the IT and finance teams to ensure alignment between technology solutions and financial objectives.

This role requires a strong understanding of financial systems, data analysis, and business process optimization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements 

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT finance domain
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing financial processes
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Relevant degree or certification in finance, accounting, or a related field
