Job Title: Senior Voice and Data Sales Executive

Reporting Line: Sales Manager

Location: Vaal Region, Gauteng Province

The Senior Voice and Data Sales Executive plays a key role in helping the company grow by finding new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and offering the right solutions in voice, data, and ICT products. This role is ideal for someone skilled in networking, generating leads, providing great customer service, presenting products, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business client
• Present and demonstrate voice, data, and ICT products and service
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets
• Compile and deliver tailored sales proposals
• Maintain and update the CRM system daily
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends
• Accurately forecast sales and report on customer requirements
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
• Complete ongoing training to stay up to date on product knowledge
• Comply with all company policies and sales procedures

Requirements:

• Matric certificate (compulsory)
• Minimum of 4 years of proven success in a similar sales/business development role
• 2–3 years’ experience in any of the following industries:
  • Office Automation
  • Software
  • Access Control
  • Alternative Energy
  • CCTV
  • PBX
  • ICT
  • Voice and Data
• Fully computer literate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Presentable and professional
• Confident negotiator with strong planning and presentation skills
• Self-driven, motivated, and a collaborative team player
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport (non-negotiable)
• Own mobile phone
